If you are interested in the war of 1812 then this is a must-see place for a truly Canadian contribution (although British-led). Very picturesque site. Well done Parks Canada.
There's a lot of efforts from Parks Canada to keep the site in great condition! The Blockhouse is amazing! The staff is ressourcefull and attentive! If you visit the site, ask for Helene! ;) She's the best!!
