I ordered one of the zen grey rosewood bench. The webpage did not offer me a shipping option to Victoria, BC, so I contacted customer service to see if they could help and this was on a weekend day. Stephanie got back to me within a few minutes and was able to walk me through shipping options she had put together ( which were all very reasonable considering how far it was ). The bench arrived a couple of weeks ago, it was beautiful and all thanks to Stephanie's hard work. She is awesome !!

Bought a coffee table knowing it was already back order. Stephanie emailed me few times to keep me informed of overseas shipment status. Freight arrived as scheduled and I made arrangements for the pick up. Stephanie's response was very fast so I could make pick up arrangements.
